This issue brings together studies on religious communication, digital media, social cohesion, counter-radicalization, governmental crisis communication, and the contemporary relevance of political thought. The articles examine religious leaders as Islamic public relations practitioners through a philosophy-of-science review of da’wah communication practice (Hidayat, 2026), the influence of social media on religious moderation among university students (Munawaruzaman & Setiawan, 2026), the effectiveness of the National Counterterrorism Agency’s deradicalization program in supporting reintegration and counter-radicalization at Sentul Special Correctional Facility (Prayitno, 2026), crisis communication by the Prabowo administration in responding to the pig’s-head terror case targeting the Tempo newsroom (Faisyal & Chaniago, 2026), and the relationship between Soekarno’s thought, technology, and Generation Z through the concept of digital Marhaens (Silitonga & Tampomuri, 2026).
