Abstract

In education, student abilities actualized through equipment or media education with the aim of finding their activities but also found positive changes in their personalities. The focus of research is how the communication between students and teachers can established for a self-concept of students to their learning achievement in high school. The self-concept of students towards their achievement in learning as a result of social interaction with teachers at the school, revealed that emotional, each has a close relationship with one another. In addition, as a result of interpersonal communication with teachers at the school to reveal the effective communication as a tolerant teacher, a teacher who has a concern about the condition of the students, and so on. With effective communication between teachers and students will develop student achievement.
