Abstract
ABSTRAK
Artikel ini membahas mengenai diskursus bisnis oleh militer yang terjadi di Indonesia selama ini. Artikel ini menelusuri fakta-fakta bahwa kuatnya peran TNI dalam bisnis bermula pada periode tahun 1957 hingga tahun 1959. Masa-masa ketidakstabilan politik ditandai dengan perubahan politik, ancaman disintegrasi, dan lain-lain membuka jalan bagi militer untuk menguasai bisnis terutama perusahaan-perusahaan milik Belanda dan militer dapat mempertahankan hegemoni dalam bisnis hingga sekarang. Artikel ini akan mengulas relasi dinamis antara elit sipil dengan elit militer yang menguasai bisnis di Indonesia pada masa tersebut.
