Article Processing Charge

SETARA: Jurnal Ilmu Hukum is committed to supporting open, accessible, and responsible scholarly publishing. The journal does not charge any fee at the submission or peer-review stage.

Publication Fee Policy

For authors who are not registered as SETARA members, an Article Processing Charge (APC) of USD 25 applies only when the manuscript has been accepted for publication. No APC is charged for manuscripts that are declined or still under review.

SETARA Member Discount

Authors registered as SETARA members are eligible for a special publication discount. The applicable discount information will be communicated by email after the manuscript has been approved for publication.

Fee Waiver and Reduction

Authors who do not have sufficient funding to cover publication processing costs may request a fee waiver or reduction. SETARA does not want publication costs to prevent valuable scholarly work from being published.

Fee Summary

• Peer-review fee: No charge.
• APC for non-SETARA members: USD 25, charged only after acceptance.
• SETARA members: Eligible for a special discount, confirmed by email after approval.
